Every drive is wiped to internationally recognised sanitisation standards or physically destroyed, and each device is logged by serial number. You receive a Certificate of Data Destruction listing every asset — the document your auditors, insurers and POPIA compliance officer want to see.

For most household e-waste on our weekly rounds, yes. Commercial and volume collections are quoted transparently before anything leaves your premises — and recovery value often offsets or exceeds the cost.

Working equipment is data-sanitised, refurbished and remarketed. Non-working equipment is dismantled and its materials recovered into the supply chain. Nothing is landfilled, and nothing is exported to unregulated processors.

We publish which areas we’re collecting from each week on the Collections page. Book a time slot in your area’s week and the crew comes to your door. If your suburb isn’t listed, book a custom pickup — enough demand puts an area on the route.
